Wholefood Calcium is a natural multi-mineral product made from seaweed harvested from the south west coast of Ireland. It is a healthy food supplement that is free of additives and contains 200mg of pure organic calcium in one capsule and many other useful trace elements.     Women may need a larger amount of calcium than usual during pregnancy and breastfeeding (more than the recommended daily amount NRV).
