How soon will the item arrive?

If our e-store shows that the product is in stock, then this product is actually available in our Tallinn warehouse. As a rule, the goods are sent out of the warehouse on the working day following the confirmation of the order, sometimes it can take 2 working days during the holiday period. We will also notify you by e-mail when we have packed your goods and delivered them to the courier company. The shipment can be tracked on our website.

I forgot to order a product, can I have it added to my order later?

Unfortunately, we can no longer change paid orders. You have to make a new order and order the desired product separately.

How much does the transport cost?

Transport Itella Smartpost parcel machine in Estonia costs €2.50, Omniva and DPD machine in Estonia 3 euros. Transport by Omniva courier to Estonia costs €4.90. When you order for at least €55, transport to the parcel machine is free for you, when you order for at least €140, transport by Omniva or DPD courier is free for you.

The packaging or content of the products I ordered is broken or damaged, what should I do?

Send a letter to info@ambrosia.ee and we will find the best solution together.

The ordered product does not suit me, can and how can I return the product?

Products can be returned within 14 days in unopened packaging. Write to us at info@ambrosia.ee

I accidentally ordered the wrong product or I want to cancel my order for another reason, what should I do?

Will the products be preserved in the outdoor parcel machines if it is very cold or hot outside?

We recommend using indoor Itella Smartpost parcel machines or courier service during very cold or warm weather.

Can I order your products to an address outside Estonia?

Yes, we generally ship products to all European Union countries, but the shipping cost is higher.

Why should I register for your e-shop?

By registering as a user of the Ambrosia e-store, you will receive a 5% discount on all orders, you can see the history and status of your orders and information about shipment tracking all in one place.

How to pay for the order?

You can pay for the order immediately when completing the order using a bank link or payment card. You can use the following banks for payment: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor and Coop Pank. You can also pay by bank card.

I placed an order and paid for it, but I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation within 10 minutes of paying for your order, please also check your spam folder.  If you cannot find the letter, contact info@ambrosia.ee and we will check whether the order and payment have still reached us and whether your contact details have been entered correctly.

I couldn't complete the order or couldn't pay for the order due to a technical problem I don't understand, what should I do?

In case of any incomprehensible technical problems, write to us at info@ambrosia.ee

Can I also buy products locally?

Unfortunately, we do not have our own "representative store". We sell products in the online store in order to offer the customer a more favorable price.  The list of distributors of our products is HERE. However, only a limited selection of what we offer is available in their selection.
