The special enzyme complex SerenAid® is designed to aid in the digestion of many animal and vegetable proteins: casein (milk and dairy products), gluten (wheat, rye, oats, barley and other cereals) and soy protein. Contains the enzyme Exorphinase®, which distinguishes it from other similar enzyme complexes.  It is a proprietary, highly active blend of peptidase and protease with dipeptyl peptidase-4 (DPP-IV). The latter contributes to the hydrolysis of small protein peptides (including caseomorphins and gluteomorphins, which can affect the central nervous system of some people). The enzymes in this mixture are pH stable, i.e. they work at different pH levels (pH 2 to 12).
