Iron-C provides highly available iron in a gut-friendly form.  Iron is Ferrochel® diglycinate, which is well tolerated and perfectly absorbed. Contains Ester-C®, which is buffered vitamin C with very good absorption and strong effect. Ester-C® contains a mixture of naturally occurring vitamin C metabolites and increases iron absorption.
