FEMALE-FRIENDLY BORAGE

B-HADA contains sea buckthorn oil (which is rich in beta-carotene and omega-7 fatty acids) and olive oil (which contains omega-9) and in addition highly concentrated gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) obtained from borage oil. 

Borage contains the only female-friendly omega-6 fatty acid GLA, or gamma-linolenic acid. Borage oil has been traditionally used for hundreds of years to moisturize and restore dry skin. GLA and other essential fatty acids revitalize the skin by reducing inflammation and improving the condition of the blood vessels under the skin. It has been found that people suffering from premenstrual syndrome generally have low levels of GLA in their bodies. GLA from borage oil can help reduce potential pain and cramping before and during menstruation.  The fatty acids in borage oil prevent clogging of pores and the spread of acne lesions.  GLA can reduce breast tenderness, mood swings, and hot flashes associated with menopause.
