Magnesium citrate is a highly absorbable form of magnesium chelate. The daily amount of 2 capsules contains 300 mg of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal metabolism and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. For this purpose, it is useful to take it in the morning.  However, if you want to improve your sleep and relax your muscles, it would be better to take magnesium glycinate in the evening. Magnesium citrate is well absorbed, but may cause heartburn or slight stomach upset in sensitive stomachs, especially if taken in the evening. In this case, too, we recommend using magnesium glycinate.
